Eastridge - Highlands Ranch

	Adjacent to Eastridge is Lone Tree and Acres Green. These 2 areas are very similar to Highlands Ranch and have very similar housing. Town homes start in the $180’s and detached singe family homes generally start in the low $200’s. There are several gated subdivisions with homes starting in the $300’s on up to $2-3 million.
The Recreation Center at Eastridge was the second facility built in Highlands Ranch. It is a great work-out facility including a free weight room, magnum equipment, and cardio vascular machines.

Eastridge also has the HRCA's only
climbing wall, a zero-depth entrance to the indoor pool, an indoor water slide,
a steam room, and much more. The Links Golf is a public golf course that is
adjacent to a 55+ Gated Community. The Links Golf Course in Highlands Ranch not only offers outstanding views of the Rocky Mountains, but also a
challenging executive course design for all ability levels.
