Northridge - Highlands Ranch
Northridge
was the 1st phase of Highlands Ranch that was completed and
offers the most in Shopping and Entertainment. Northridge was
the original recreation center in Highlands Ranch.
Condominiums are available in the $120’s at Canyon Ranch and
go up to the 170’s for the larger penthouse models. Detached
single-family homes and town homes start in the $190’s and
have more mature landscaping and larger lots.

In 1982, the
outdoor pool, tennis courts and front entrance were opened to
Highlands Ranch residents. In 1986, the gym, indoor pool and
the rest of the facility was added. New amenities such as
covered tennis courts, improved work-out facilities, a diving
pool, and much more are new additions to the Recreation Center
at Northridge. |
Highlands Ranch Northridge is home to the AMC Highlands
Ranch 24 Theaters and numerous restaurants and retail shops.
There are also 7 large parks where the entire
family can have fun. |
